As of June 2025, the hotel is in very good condition. This is a higher-quality than average hotel, although not luxury. Finishings, designs, rooms and maintenance are higher/better than usual. The pool/pathways areas are impecable. Bushes perfectly trimmed, not a leave or fallen flower on the floor. Beautiful and cared for daily. June is a great moment to come to Mallorca as it is already very warm/hot enough to crave pool and beach but not hot enough you don't want to walk around. Also, the amount of people is very reasonable. Come July/August, things change and crowds make everything less enjoyable. Front is nice and helpful and the breakfast buffet (in my case I paid for the immense convenience) fantastic. The beach is a 3-minute walk from the side exit door, just crossing the main street. The beach is fantastic, clean and it barely has any weeds. However, although we did not have issues to find a space, I don't want to be there in July/August as there are around 100 ft from water to the back and I bet it will be more difficult to find a space with a crowd. Hotel location is great as it is right in the main street with plenty food and the typical "everything" stores within walking distance. We stayed 5 days and didn't need to take the car to go have dinner. The rate was also higher than average but there are plenty reasons why it is fair. Overall, very happy with the stay and every aspect of the hotel.

We visited for the fourth time, and we will undoubtedly return. Why? Because the staff here are exceptional – their friendliness and warmth immediately create a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere that makes you feel right at home. It's one of the main reasons we keep coming back; they truly go above and beyond to ensure your holiday is unforgettable. The hotel itself is fantastic. The rooms are spacious, clean, and tastefully decorated, offering all the comfort you need for a perfect stay. The variety of swimming pools is another highlight, with options for all ages – whether you're looking for a quiet spot to relax or a fun area for the kids, there's something for everyone. One of the highlights of our stay was the breakfast. The extensive and varied buffet was a huge hit – it offered everything you could possibly want, from fresh fruits and pastries to hot dishes and local specialties. It was the perfect start to each day, giving us the energy for all our adventures. The location is ideal, with a stunning beach just a stone's throw away, perfect for lazy days in the sun. Plus, there are plenty of great restaurants and shops nearby, so you never run out of options for a meal or an outing. All in all, this hotel offers everything you need for a relaxing and enjoyable holiday, and we can't wait to return for our next visit!

The good: The rooms and overall decor is very nice. All the staff are excellent, from reception, to bars to kitchen and waiting staff and entertainment. Together they create a good vibe within the hotel. The bad: The food is poor to the point it ruins the holiday. There is actually too much variety at the buffet which means a lot of food is left sitting and spoiling. It is an unorganized mish mash of horrible options. it would be better if they did a smaller number of dishes well, rather than little bits of everything badly. The juice at breakfast is completely undrinkable, it is undiluted cheap squash. Not even concentrate out of a carton, it is actually undiluted squash. I do not understand how they can offer that as "juice" you need to add water to it and even then it still tastes awful. That is not a 4 star offering at all. You need to be able to have juice with your breakfast. They frequently run out of beach towels, they do not have enough and you have to wait hours until the next delivery. They are trying to be 4 star hotel and it looks good with the beautiful decor but management still have a way to go with the food and other essential hotel services to truly be 4 star. They are charging 4 star prices so need to remedy these issues.
